Buy a Replacement Laser Toner for your Printer
Wednesday, May 20th, 2009One of the most annoying things in the office is to have your toner get depleted and finished in your laser printer or copier. Especially with the troubled and ailing economy, the cost of a new replacement laser toner can be a burden on some companies. In some cases, a replacement toner can cost around fifty to one hundred dollars.
If you are looking for a replacement laser toner for your printer or copier, you have many options that are available to you. Of course, the number one option is to replace your toner with an original one. However, as stated above, this can be an expensive option for your company (especially if you have more than one laser printer or copier in your workplace). Thus, you would need to examine some other options.
One such option is to add ink to your toner manually. This is probably the cheapest option as you would only need to buy the replacement ink for your toner. All you have to do is just open a small hole inside your toner and fill it with black toner ink. However, as soon as you fill it, you have to close the hole with scotch tape to make sure that the ink doesn’t leak out.
Another option for replacing your laser toner can be to buy a compatible laser toner from another manufacturer. Although these toners are not original, they can be cheaper than their OEM counterparts. As a last alternative, you can also buy refurbished or recycled toners made from previously used toners. These previously used toners are recycled, cleaned, fixed and refilled with black ink so that they can be used again. This option is also less costly then an original toner; but as another advantage of using recycled toners is the fact that it also allows you to save and conserve your environment.
