Use Your Copy Toner with Ease
Having a photocopy machine can be very advantageous for a company. It allows you to copy thousands of documents with ease and it helps to automate your documentation processes more easily. If you buy an economic copy machine; you will be able to duplicate documents with ease. But the operational cost of your copy machine is also important in your decision.
One such reason for this is because of the fact that if you copy toner finishes too early, then you will have problems with its replacement. This is an important point as the cost for a copy toner can be between 50 to 100 dollars (depending upon the manufacturer of the copy machine). As you can see, this is not a very bright situation, especially if you have lots of copy processes in bulk.
One of the ways in which you can use your copy toner longer is by changing the settings on your copy machine, so that it allows for a more economic usage of your toner. This is important, as copying your documents in a more lighter setting will allow for a several more hundred copies to be completed with the same toner. For example, if you can normally copy 4000 pages with your copy toner, then by using your copy machine in its economic setting, you can copy up to 5000 copies per toner.
If the toner is about to finish, it is recommended that you take the toner out and you shake it so that you can get couple of hundreds of more copies out of your copy machine. But, it is essential that you do not finish your toner completely, as having your copy toner finish completely can cause your copy machine to malfunction.
